In the Event Planning world, it is all about emotional
connection which means you are always sharing a piece of yourself with your
clients. Adding human interest to a post is necessary to be heard, the best
time to add this element is when you’re looking to connect with the
reader/follower. Personal touch on your posts can be hard sometimes because you
want to be relatable yet not over share and seem weak or odd. You can never go
wrong with trying to relate to your target market when you find that common
connection it makes them connect on an emotional level and it makes them feel
invested. The only way this would not work is if you were a large corporation explaining
a factual mission statement.
